Resep Nasi Goreng Bawang

Resep nasi goreng berikut ini sangat sederhana, cukup 15 menit dan bahan-bahan seadanya anda bisa medapatkan nasi goreng yang lezat.

Bahan :
Nasi  secukupnya
Daun salam (1 lembar)
Bawang merah (10 butir)
Bawang putih (3 siung)
Cabe merah, iris serong (5 buah)
Telur ayam, kocok (2 butir)
Daun bawang, iris serong (1 batang)
Sawi hijau, potong (4 batang)
Merica bubuk (1/2 sendok teh)
Garam halus (1 sendok teh)
Gula pasir (1/2 sendok teh)
Penyedap rasa Kaldu (1/2 sendok teh)
Kecap manis (3 sendok makan)

Cara memasak :

1. Haluskan Bawang merah dan bawang putih.
2. Goreng orak-arik telur.
3. Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan bersama daun salam.
4. Masukan nasi lalu aduk hingga rata, tambahkan garam, merica, gula, penyedap rasa dan kecap.
5. Masukan telur, Sawi dan cabe merah yang telah di iris.
6. Sajikan hanga-hangat
